Webinar: Zombie Units & Mortgages - Addressing Abandoned Properties

Zombie units. Abandoned properties. Many community associations struggle with this situation. This webinar will present an explanation of zombie mortgages and other causes of the abandoned property, review the problems this poses to community associations, and provide some of the tools available to address this issue.

Registration

Homeowners - Free for homeowner members of the chapter; $30 for non-members.
Managers & Business Partners - $25 for members of CAI; $45 for non-members.

Managers will receive (1) hour of Continuing Education Credits

ATTENTION MANAGERS! In order for you to correctly receive continuing education credits for attending this program, you must register yourself from your own individual member profile. If you register additional managers from your profile, they will not receive continuing education credits on their membership profile. If you need to register someone other than yourself for this program, or are having difficulty registering additional attendees, please contact the chapter office by phone at 610-783-1315 and we will process your attendee registrations internally.
