The Community Bankers Association of Ohio Insurance Agency will be hosting a FREE one-hour webinar for community bankers titled, DOL Audits: Are your Human Resource and Benefit Departments ready for an audit? The webinar will address common questions and issues including:

  • Do you have all the required employee compliance documents?
  • Who returned which form?  Which form do I need to receive?
  • Open enrollment is coming and I must get all these applications to multiple carriers. 
  • Is there an easier way than using spreadsheets for ACA reporting?
  • A new hire elected medical and I forgot to notify my COBRA vendor. 
  • I’d like to report my benefit cost by location, department, or class.
  • How can I offer more voluntary benefits without the administrative burden?
