Event Description

We will discuss the probing questions that allow you to dig deep into the needs of your business clients and anticipate the objections you might encounter with those questions. The Objections Categorizer allows bankers to group objections as “no need, distrust, inconvenience, or don’t understand” and then provides the proper correlators for them to respond effectively.  


This interactive session will benefit those who lead new account representatives and those who open new accounts.
