REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES

Registration fee includes 4 sessions, program materials, continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be received within three or more business days prior to the day of an education program to receive 100% credit. Within two days prior, 50% of fee is assessed. Refunds are not provided for cancellations or absences, which occur on the day of the program. No shows will be billed 100%. Substitutions are welcome at any time.

Regular registration starts on 4/6/2018 and ends on 6/19/2018.
Late registration starts on 6/19/2018.
