Registration fees include 3 sessions, program materials, continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments.



Cancellations must be received within three or more business days prior to the day of an education program to receive 100% credit. Within two days prior, 50% of fee is assessed. Refunds are not provided for cancellations or absences, which occur on the day of the program. No shows will be billed 100%. Substitutions are welcome at any time.


Early registration ends on 3/4/2018.
Regular registration starts on 3/5/2018 and ends on 5/7/2018.
Late registration starts on 5/7/2018.
