Learn the key components and practical steps for developing revenue management compliance processes to align with revenue integrity key performance indicators.
This webinar will focus on revenue management compliance and the performance of coding audits to support compliant revenue integrity practices. Topics for discussion during this presentation will include:

Sally Gibbs, MA, RHIA, CCS, AHIMA-Approved ICD-10 Trainer
Sally Gibbs was the Documentation & Data Quality Manager for Sutter Health Ethics & Compliance Services for eight years. Her professional background is diverse, including corporate compliance, information services, consulting, acute care HIM and coding management, coding, and HIM education, as well as clinical experience as a Respiratory Therapist provide a wealth of practical experience to drawn on when working in a large health system's compliance department. In January 2021, Sally retired from Sutter Health after fifteen years of service. Currently, she is active on CHIA Professional Education Committee, volunteering for the College of St. Scholastica’s Scholarship Committee, working on several home improvement projects, and planning some post-COVID-19 trips.
