CONFERENCE REGISTRATION DETAILS
Day 1 (April 26) will feature pre-conference “invitation only” special sessions for participation by individuals registered for the full conference.
Day 2 – 4 (April 27-28) will include conference materials, plenary and panel sessions, action labs, Advocacy Day activities, and meal functions.

Day 4 – 5 (April 29-30) Friday afternoon and Saturday will include special Training Institute opportunities on focused topics, which will be announced shortly.

CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS (CEUs)
Continuing Education Units (CEUs) will be available at the conference. This program has been approved for CEUs by the NASW Washington State Chapter. Licensed social workers, marriage and family therapists, and mental health counselors are eligible. Provider number is #1975-176. Conference participants must sign-in with the conference registration desk and submit session evaluations to receive credit.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
Complete a separate online registration for each person attending the conference. All registrations must be paid in advance of the conference by check, credit card, or signed purchase order authorizing conference registration payment. Onsite registrations must be accompanied by a check or credit card.
Discounts: To receive discounted member registration rates, member agencies’ dues must be paid to date. Registrations must be completed at the same time as a group for the “5 or More” discount to apply. Contact CWLA2022@cwla.org for assistance with a group registration.
All payments are due by April 11, 2022. Mail checks payable to Child Welfare League of America with a copy of your registration confirmation to CWLA, P.O. Box 715171, Philadelphia, PA 19171-5171. Purchase orders will be accepted for pre-registration, but your organization’s check must be received by CWLA on or before April 11, 2022, otherwise you will be required to provide another form of payment onsite. We encourage you to make sure payment has been received by CWLA prior to arriving at the conference to avoid an inconvenience onsite. Please be sure to submit documentation to your agency early enough to ensure that CWLA receives payment before the conference.
To be eligible for the “early” registration rate, your payment or purchase order must be received in the CWLA office by December 31.
Your registration confirmation is summarized once you complete your registration online. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation sent to the e-mail address provided. We encourage you to print a copy of your registration for your records.
Cancelation Policy: Written cancelations received by e-mail to CWLA2022@cwla.org on or before 5:00 p.m. (ET) on Friday, April 8, 2022 are entitled to a full refund, less a $75 processing fee. After April 8, no refunds will be given and no exceptions will be made. No-shows will be invoiced for payment of the full registration.
Substitutions: If you are not able to attend, you may send a substitute from your agency, but CWLA must be notified in advance by e-mail at CWLA2022@cwla.org.

CWLA reserves the right to cancel any session at any time.
CWLA or its contractors may photograph or videotape sessions and events at the conference. By attending CWLA’s national conference, attendees understand and agree to allow their images to be used by CWLA in its publications, on its website, and in marketing or promotional materials. Photo images may also be shared with the media. Attendance at the meeting waives CWLA from liability resulting from these uses. If you are accompanying a minor that cannot be photographed, please inform the conference registration desk at check-in.
Any and all liability of the Child Welfare League of America (CWLA) with respect to attendance, registration, reservations, cancelations, changes in the location or content of the program, and refunds is limited to a sum no greater than the registration fee paid. Under no circumstances shall CWLA be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, the cost of transportation or lodging.
Conference attendee waives all claims of any kind against CWLA and its respective employees and agents arising from their participation in the conference. The attendee further agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CWLA and its respective employees and agents from any and all damages, claims, or other liabilities resulting from any act or omission connected with attendee’s participation in the conference, whether negligent or not.
The attendee’s liability shall include all losses, costs, damages, or expenses arising from or out of or by reason of any accident or bodily injury or other occurrences which result from or out of the attendee’s participation in the conference. Attendee’s agree to adhere to all health and safety requirements mandated by hotel and local/state jurisdictions.
