Registration Instructions

 

SPACE IS LIMITED TO 30 PARTICIPANTS, ON A FIRST COME/FIRST SERVED BASIS. Requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than one week prior to the event. A $50 service charge will be assessed on all canceled registrations. Early registration is encouraged, as space is limited. CWLA reserves the right to cancel a training in the event of insufficient registration.

Cost for Registration Fee: CWLA Members $420; Non-Members $475

 

Cost for Required Training Material: CWLA Members $560; Non-Members $700

PLEASE NOTE:  1. Participants who already have the PRIDE Model of Practice pre-service training material package (2009 edition) can select Registration Fee Only and must bring theTrainer’s Guide and PRIDE Book to the training.  Participants who need all the above PRIDE Model of Practice training material can select Registration and Material, and these will be provided onsite. (To register, go to Description page, scroll to page bottom, and select Register for this Event.)  2. PRIDE Model of Practice materials are copyrighted. CEUs

Up to 29 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are available for the training, provided through the NASW – Washington State Chapter.  Cost for CEUs: CWLA Members $25; Non-Members $35

 

PARTICIPANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING THEIR OWN HOTEL RESERVATIONS.
