A $50 service charge will be assessed on all canceled registrations. Early registration is encouraged, as space is limited. CWLA reserves the right to cancel a training in the event of insufficient registration.

PLEASE NOTE: 1. Participants who already have the PRIDE Model of Practice pre-service training material package (2009 edition) can select Registration Fee Only and must bring the Trainer’s Guide and PRIDE Book to the training. Participants who need all the above PRIDE Model of Practice training material can select Registration and Material, and these will be provided onsite. (To register, go to Description page, scroll to page bottom and select Register for this Event.) 2. PRIDE Model of Practice materials are copyrighted.
