This course will cover sub-divisions, land use regulations and environmental concerns as they

Introduction to Property Management. Ownership and organizational structure,

types of property that are managed, role of the site manager, guidelines for establishing the

value of investment property, the economics of investing in rental properties, landlord tenant law
