The who when where and why of Agency Disclosure. Who is the Broker’s agent? To whom does the Broker’s Agent owe fiduciary responsibility? You want to be sure you have it right! Role playing discussion, power point, and class participation encouraged. Fulfills the new DOS Agency requirement for license renewal.

 

Salesperson Qualifying Course

March 19 – June 6 (includes snow dates)

Tuesday and Thursday Evenings from 6:00pm – 9:00pm

3 Saturdays 9:00am – 3:00pm: March 23, April 6, May 4

Cost: $715. Includes Textbook

Everything you need to become licensed real estate sales associate. This class can also be used for the 30 hours Salesperson Remedial Qualifying course. 30 hours of continuing education.

 

Property Management

Introduction to Property Management. Ownership and organizational structure,

types of property that are managed, role of the site manager, guidelines for establishing the

value of investment property, the economics of investing in rental properties, landlord tenant law

and Civil Rights Act of 1968, Title VIII, Fair Housing and Fair Housing Amendments of 1988.

 

Professional Standards Training

March 22, 10:00am – 2:30pm

Learn to understand the many facets of the Ethics and Arbitration Process. Diane brings a fresh approach and interactive educational style that we know you will find engaging. , All REALTORS must complete Ethics every two years in order to maintain their REALTOR status. This class satisfies that requirement.

The current ethics cycle is 2017 – 2018. All REALTORS must complete this class prior to Dec 31, 2018.

Learn about advertising, safety, Code of Ethics,  what it means to be a REALTOR, your roles responsibilities as well as the benefits of being a part of our association. Fulfills the NAR mandatory Code of Ethics and is required to obtain full REALTOR status. New Member Orientation must be completed within 120 days of membership application. Also satisfies your ethics requirement for the 2019 – 2020 cycle.
