2020 EBAA Annual Meeting
Thank you for your interest in attending the 2020 EBAA Annual Meeting, June 17-20, 2020, in Dallas, Texas.
Please review the registration types and fees outlined below before registering for the event.
Full Meeting Registration: The entire 2020 Annual Meeting program, including admittance to all educational sessions, the Exhibit Hall, luncheons, continental breakfasts, Exhibit Hall Reception, and 1 Annual Dinner and Awards Program ticket.
Physician Program Registration: A two-day program (Friday and Saturday) for physicians, featuring attendance to the MAB Meeting & Friday sessions, Medical Director Symposium, Scientific Symposium, continental breakfasts, 1 Physician luncheon ticket, and 1 Annual Dinner and Awards Program ticket. Please note: If you plan to attend sessions earlier in the week, the Full Meeting registration is required. To qualify for the Resident/Fellow rate, one must be currently active in a residency or corneal fellowship program.
Guest Registration: An option for registrants who want to include their spouse, companion or friend in the social activities of the EBAA Annual Meeting. The registration includes continental breakfasts, daily refreshment breaks, luncheons, receptions, and 1 Annual Dinner and Awards Program ticket. Please note: Guest registration is not available to individuals in the eye banking community and does not include the Wednesday social event.

EBAA Cancellation Policy:
All requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received on or before April 20 will result in a refund minus a 25% administrative fee. Cancellations received after April 20 but before June 1 will result in a refund of 50% of the registration fee. No refunds will be given after June 1.
To register yourself, click the self-registration button below. To register another person (or multiple people) from your organization, select the group registration. When you see a list of individuals that are linked to your organization, you can select the individuals you would like to register. If there is a physician that you need to register under the physician rate, please select "change rate" in the rate column and select the appropriate rate. Please do not register another person for the event under your personal EBAA account. If you have questions about registering other individuals, please contact Genevieve Casaceli prior to registering them.
One-stop shop for all EBAA Annual Meeting opportunities are now available when you register. When you click the register button, you will select the appropriate meeting registration fee. Once you select 'Next', you will have the option to purchase registrations for the Executive Workshop, Social Event, and eyeLEARN Access. Please note that it will be easier to purchase everything at once rather than at separate times.
