Prepare ECAR and ECARCEF operating budgets for review and approval by the Boards of Directors.
Review monthly financial reports in order to monitor budget performance.
Understand and explain to members all financial matters relating to Association operations.
Provide and create sources of continuing non-dues revenue.
Develop and periodically review financial policies.
Monitor investments to maximize the Association’s return on investments.
Review and make recommendations regarding financial requests by committees to the Board of Directors.
Annually develop a five year capital plan.
