While similar in length to our convenient half-day seminars, the East Bay Seminar offers more in-depth instruction, more professional exhibitors, a buffet lunch, and a members-only board training course.

Attendance Policy
Attendance at ECHO events is limited to residents of homeowners associations. Professionals who serve the homeowner association industry may not attend, unless they are an employee of an event sponsor, or are the community manager of an association with owners in attendance.
