Events Committee is comprised of several subcommittees that belong to the FCBR tradition: Membership Meetings, Awards Luncheon, Holiday Party, Bowl-a-thon, Government Affairs Luncheon, Installation Ceremonies and Luncheon. In addition, the Events Committee assists in putting on fundraisers. Meets at least Monthly

This committee review FCBR's financial standings. Monitors investments and makes recomnedations to the Board of Directors to ensure a financially sound Board. This group meets monthly and several times a month during the budgeting period prior to October 1st.

Government Affairs Committee works with staff to help the leadership to set the public policy agenda of REALTORS® in the Fort Collins area. The committee is comprised of Realtor® and Affiliate members. The FCBR President appoints the Chair. The Chair and President select voting committee members and work to ensure diverse and inclusive representation from around the Fort Collins area. Meets bi-monthly on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday at the FCBR offices from 12-1. GAC meetings are open to all FCBR members!

Partnership Committee is made up of FCBR Affiliate members that give a little extra to support FCBR's REALTOR members. This group meets monthly to plan events and to works on additional Affiliate member benefit ideas.

PSF (Political Survival Fund) Committee is charged with raising funds for the REALTORS® Political Action Committee. The committee, in coordination with the Events Committee and FCBR staff, plans fundraising events as well as marketing campaigns. Several meetings during the Spring to Coordinate event and other year round activities

Rookie Club Committee hosts monthly events & gatherings to assist new agents in acclimating to the industry, building their small business skills and learning more about the regional market. Meets once a month

Sustainability Committee works on sustainability initiatives and promotes awareness of green issue via events and education. They also oversee the Green Awards program. Meets once a month

Testing

Young Professionals Network is responsible for planning events and programs for those members under 40 as a way to grow FCBR’s interaction with some of our younger members. Meets once a month
