Virtual Education: How to Deal with Difficult People - Secrets Revealed!

Jennifer Pustizzi, Master Trainer, Bach Training and Development Corp.

Difficult people are everywhere BUT at work our response to them makes a difference. They know how to bring “IT” and learning how to interact with them effectively is critical to overall job success, image, and personal wellbeing. This session provides strategies for working productively with challenging people.

Learning Objectives

  • Identify characteristics of difficult people in the workplace.
  • Focus on practice techniques for addressing negative behaviors.
  • Discover how to prevent the negativity from influencing personal mindset.
  • About Jennifer: Jennifer Pustizzi has been designing and facilitating personal and organizational development programs for over 20 years. With an undergraduate degree in Health Education, Jennifer started her career at Warner-Lambert as a wellness specialist. She was also owner of ForeverFit, a corporate fitness training business that serviced aerospace industries. Since joining the training and development field, Jennifer has designed and delivered over 30 different training workshop topics for numerous governmental agencies, totaling over 1000 workshop deliveries. Her energetic and humorous delivery brings a unique dynamic to the learning environment especially with “hot topic” training such as conflict resolution, employee morale, and interpersonal communications. Focusing on classroom training as a “working lab” has given Jennifer’s clients the ability to process real work situations by applying the skills learned.
