Question: Why do I have to delete the lockbox everytime I access a house?
Answer: You only have to delete a lockbox if you are using a BlackBerry device. It is the way the phone is built that requires you to delete a lockbox. It is not a SUPRA or Association issue, but rather a BlackBerry issue. You do not have to delete a lockbox if you have an eKey on an Android or iPhone.
