New this year! One-Day Exhibiting, Three Supercharged Hours of Non-Compete Time
This year, the Marketplace has been re-imagined, providing the most value for school and company attendees! Experience a reinvigorated Marketplace during the dedicated hours on Thursday following the Opening General Session.

              REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Exhibitor and booth registration is limited to Service Associate members only. These exhibiting members may bring a nonmember to assist them in the booth at an additional fee.

Booths must be registered by March 15, 2019 in order to guarantee a listing in the Marketplace program. Booths purchased after this day will be listed in the Marketplace addendum.

 

Please note: All onsite booth and exhibitor registrations must be paid with a credit card. POs will not be accepted after April 29, 2019.​

BUSINESS PASS REGISTRATION  
This Marketplace-Only Service Associate registration is limited to the events that occur within the Solutions Marketplace on Thursday. This registration allows you to:

  • Save on registration fees and more by only attending during exhibit hours on Thursday.
  • Experience the re-imagined Solutions Marketplace, including micro-learning opportunities and a hospitality including two hours of open bar and appetizer stations.
  • Benefit from an efficient and concentrated use of your time.


BOOTH COST + MARKETPLACE ONLY REGISTRATION
$1,250.00

*The first person from your company to register must pay the booth cost and be a current Illinois ASBO member.

ADDITIONAL MARKETPLACE ONLY REGISTRATIONS
$250 member / $295 nonmember

 

Please note, the Business Pass does not include:

  • Access to Conference events and breakout sessions including:
    • The Opening General Session and lunch.
    • The Night in Kindergarten hospitality event on Thursday.
    • The PDC Meeting on Friday.
  • Meals will not be included, including lunch on Thursday.

Be sure to register early as all fees increase by $100.00 on April 15, 2019!

 

ANNUAL CONFERENCE CANCELATIONS/REFUNDS
Reductions or cancelations must be received by Friday, February 22, 2019: cancelations before this date will be subject to a $150 processing fee; no refunds after that date. Fees are non-refundable nor transferable. No-shows who have not prepaid will be invoiced for the registration fee.
