Event Description

As a leader, have you ever felt like you don't see eye to eye with an employee on what they need or what you expect?  This is a common problem for leaders and can result in failure for the leader, the employee and most importantly - the task at hand.  Explore the relationship between the amount of direction an employee needs or desires and the amount of support a leader must supply.  Don't continue to be frustrated with the lack of productivity in your district – come and learn how to be a more effective leader who gets the most out of every employee.
