Speaker: Blithe Bock

Blithe S. Bock is the Managing Supervisor of the Civil Appellate Division of the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office.  She is also a Certified Appellate Specialist with the California State Bar.  As the head of the Appellate Division, Ms. Bock reviews and finalizes every Brief filed by the City of Los Angeles in all federal and state appellate courts.  She also teaches Legal Writing as an Adjunct Professor at the University of West Los Angeles.  She obtained her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Chicago and her Juris Doctorate from UCLA Law School and she has practiced law since 1992.
