Mediation

Practical Application of what you learned in last month’s workplace Investigations of discrimination/harassment.  Tips on how to perform a neutral and fair investigation, including the written report of the investigation.  Also discussed will be the sensitive topic of complaints made against elected officials.  I have performed several investigations involving elected officials and can offer case studies, (names withheld), of how these were handled.    I will also speak about employee mediations that I conduct with employees that are having conflict at work.
