Registration Instructions

Please note that some sessions at the Directed Energy T&E Workshop will be Limited Distribution C and D, which restricts participation in those sessions to U.S. citizens who are employees of the U.S. Federal Government or its contractors (C), or employees of the Department of Defense or its contractors (D). If you do not meet this requirement, you may be unable to attend every session. Attendees without need-to-know may only attend presentations cleared for public release at sessions that will be held separately from limited sessions. Those wishing to attend the Limited Distribution sessions must register their CAC card during registration or follow the Workshop Security instructions by visiting  http://www.deps.org/DEPSpages/DETE15.html. All visit requests, via JPAS or Visit Request Letter, must be received by DEPS on or before 30 April 2015. NOTE:  Pre-Workshop Tutorials require a separate fee from the Workshops. Single Tutorial - $205, Two Tutorials - $385 (use discount code "Tutorial-Multi" at check out).

 

Logging into the ITEA Web Site
 
You must first Login to ITEA and obtain a password. If you have never attended an ITEA event click on "Create an Account." If you have any problems registering or logging in to the Web site, please contact James Gaidry at 703-631-6220.
 
If you previously attended an ITEA event (e.g. course, workshop, Annual Symposium), you are already in our database. Click on "Forgot your password?" and enter the e-mail address that you would have used on that previous registration. You will receive an e-mail confirmation message to that e-mail address with a link to direct you to change your password. If that e-mail does not work please contact James Gaidry at 703-631-6220, to update your primary e-mail address in our database.
 
After Logging into the ITEA Web site: Once you have successfully logged in go to 'My Account' go to link for ONLINE STORE and Go Shopping! Pre-registration is preferred for ITEA events, but if you have last minutes plans, on-site registrations are accepted at all events. Payments are accepted in the form of check, credit cards, and government purchase orders. Please include payment or send/fax a copy of the purchase order with your registration. Registering someone other than yourself? Please contact ITEA for the 'primary email address and default password' of the person being registered at 703-631-6220. Registering for a 'group'? Please make sure everyone you want to register has previously logged in to ITEA.
 
SUBSTITUTION AND CANCELATION POLICY: Substitutions are permitted. Refunds are not available within ten (10) days prior to the start of the event. Requests for cancelation submitted between ten (10) to 45 days prior to start date of the event will be subject to a $250 cancelation fee. Requests for cancelation greater than 45 days prior to the start date of the event will be subject to a $100 cancelation fee.

Early registration ends on 4/30/2018.
Regular registration starts on 5/1/2018 and ends on 5/8/2018.
Late registration starts on 5/8/2018.
