Clinical Supervisor

The primary responsibilities associated with the role of Clinical Supervisor include the direct supervision of staff clinicians, APPIC pre-doctoral interns, and/or practicum students across one or more programs. The Clinical Supervisor may also provide direct clinical service delivery as necessary. Additional responsibilities may include the participation in program milieu and staff meeting, facilitation of case reviews and client care monitoring meetings, supervision and/or coordination of psychological evaluations, program development, administrative-on-call coverage, as well as other clinical, administrative and/or supervisory tasks as indicated by the Clinical Director. · Be a Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LISCW), or Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC) in MA with a minimum of 1 year of clinical supervision experience.

· Have experience supervising evidenced based interventions (i.e. Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy or Applied Behavior Analysis) with children, adolescents and/or young adults.

  • Demonstrate strong clinical assessment, formulation and treatment planning skills.
  • Safely and effectively address various risk-management, legal and ethical issues.
