The fourth National Communities Council (NCC) Fall Leadership Forum is shaping up to be the most exciting yet for anyone involved with manufactured home communities whether as an owner/manager, manufacturer service provider, broker, lender or consultant.

This event offers unparalleled industry networking opportunities, relevant content to help you grow your business, and unique topics designed to these unique times. Don’t miss the industry’s flagship networking event in downtown Chicago.  The NCC Fall Leadership Forum is the place for networking, new ideas and building relationships while reaching customers.

The Fall Leadership Forum offers a strategic look at executive issues facing the business of manufactured home communities. In addition to traditional industry topics, this event also features timely content on the impact of the U.S. presidential election, and the nation's economy.

The meeting, November 1-3 at the Michigan Avenue Westin Hotel in Chicago, is one week before the U.S. presidential election and Wednesday's keynote speaker, Neil Newhouse, will share his insights. Newhouse is a partner and co-founder of Public Opinion Strategies, a national political and public affairs research firm described by the New York Times as the leading Republican polling company in the country. Neil has twice been named Pollster of the Year by the American Association of Political Consultants and was lead pollster for Gov. Mitt Romney's 2012 Presidential campaign.

Forum sessions include:

  • A panel discussion on the State of the Market--Community Financing Trends in 2016 & Beyond which will examine trends in community financing, acquisitions and deals in the market
  • Using big data within manufactured home portfolios
  • The Worst Deal I Ever Did--a panel discussion of best practices that were learned when things didn't go as planned
  • Nationally acclaimed economist Elliot Eisenberg, Ph.D., will provide his commentary on the overall U.S. economy and housing trends.

This meeting has become an industry must-attend-event for its unparalleled networking opportunities and unique programming.  With 2 nights/1.5 days of activities, this event's low out of office time provides for high-impact ideas for your business.
