Pre-registration is now closed. If you have not yet registered, On-Site registration is open at The Fairmont Hotel Chicago on Thursday, November 12, 7:30 am - 4:45 pm and Friday, November 13, 7:45 am - 12:00 pm in the International Ballroom Foyer on the 2nd floor.
Please note that this registration includes the Opening Reception and meals including Thursday evening’s reception at The Mid America Club on the 80th floor of the Aon Center.
CANCELLATIONS: MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING. Full refund on or before October 11, 2015; a $75 processing fee will apply for all cancellations received October 12 - October 30, 2015. No refunds will be issued after October 30, 2015. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
