THANK YOU FOR ATTENDING!
Announcements & Reminders:
Missed something from a lecture that you would like to reference again?
As is our custom, the Program Committee is continuing its “green” theme and will not be printing lecture slides and hand out materials. Because of copyright liability issues, we are including a link to a password protected file where you can access these presentations at your convenience.
Speaker PowerPoints and other materials can be found here when available at this
Dropbox Folder Link.
The password is provided on page 6 of your program booklet.
Note: You do not need a Dropbox account or Dropbox desktop download to access these files.
The link above should open in a internet browser.
Please remember to drop off/mail/fax or email in the following forms:
- Continuing Medical Education (CME) Attestation Reporting Form: VERY Important! This form was in your registration packet. Please check off the lectures you attended, count up total credits and sign the form to get your AOA category 1-A credits reported. Must be completed and returned by July 12, 2019.
- CME Certificates: If you do not have an AOA number, you should receive your CME certificate via email next week (this applies especially to MDs, PA-Cs, NPs, etc.). If you will be receiving AOA credits, but would still like to receive a CME certificate for your records, please let the MOA office know by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be sending out CME certificates to DOs receiving AOA credit by request only.
- Evaluation Survey: The Program Evaluation is digital this year. Click HERE to share your thoughts about facilities, speakers, topics and more!
- Outcomes Survey: The AOA Division of CME provides for DO’s to earn Category 1-A CME credits for post-conference outcomes assessment. The ratio of available credit is 1:10, therefore you have the opportunity to earn up to 2.0 additional AOA 1-A credits for proper completion of this survey.
This survey will remain open until July 12, 2019. Your CME credit will be reported by the MOA to the AOA Division of CME. Full link text: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/MOAoutcomes
