Permits and Detainers

The Minnesota Sheriffs' Association provides supplies, such as permits and detainers, to the 87 sheriff's offices in Minnesota. 

You may order these products online (with a Mail My Check or Pay with Credit Card option) or you may complete the order form and fax or email in.  You will need to log in to order online.

Please go the MSA Shopping Cart to purchase items online.  You can search for MERCHANDISE and pull up all the items available.  Shipping is included in the price.

Please select the items you would like, continue through the checkout process.  You will reach a payment page, where you will select to "Pay with Credit Card" or "Bill Me."  Once you choose your payment method, there will be a final recap of the billing.  You have to click on the "Submit" button on the bottom right corner of the page for your order to process. 

You will receive two emails from MSA through our online ordering system within 15 minutes of ordering. If you do not, please let us know.
