Post Partum Group: Balance after Baby - Spring 2016

For moms with babies 6 months to 1 year old

In this group we will:

· share and discuss the highs and lows of parenting a young baby;

· learn skills for stress and anxiety reduction;

· learn how to access community resources and gain support from each other and a professional facilitator.

Participants meet for 90-minute weekly sessions. Babies are always welcome!

Group sizes are limited; pre-registration is required.
