Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology Summer in the City

Come to Boston in July for a week of engaging learning at MSPP. Pursue a week of classes in a subject area that will enrich your understanding and strengthen your professional skills. Enjoy all that Boston and environs have to offer. There will be additional expenses for books or packets in some courses as well as food, lodging, and entertainment.
Accommodations: Dedham Hilton Hotel. The hotel is convenient to Routes 128/95 and the Route 128 Amtrak station. The hotel has restaurants, a health club, and swimming pool and is convenient by car to MSPP.
Rorschach Immersion: Basic Course in Rorschach

Once again we are offering a week-long intensive course in beginning Rorschach. In this five-day course psychologists or doctoral students in psychology can learn to administer, score, and begin to interpret the Exner Comprehensive System of Rorschach. The course will run from 9 am to 4:00 pm each day, with time off for lunch. There will be some homework some nights, so this will be intense as well as intensive, but in the space of one week you will gain basic skills in Rorschach.

Terrie Burda, Psy.D., is an Assistant Professor at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. She is affiliated with Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts Medical School. She is currently teaching the year long Projective Techniques course at MSPP which is based on the Exner Comprehensive System. Dr. Burda has had considerable experience using the Exner Comprehensive System in residential programs, in-patient facilities, school settings and her private practice in Natick. In addition to psychological testing, her other professional interests include integrative psychotherapy and forensic psychology.
