Both exhibitors and sponsors are eligible for the NAACCR /IACR member early registration fee of $495 per person for individuals who staff the booth for your organization. To expedite the registration process, it is imperative that all persons from your organization who will be attending the conference are pre-registered, whether they are attending the sessions and/or staffing the booth space. Additional staffers will simply be able to choose the Exhibitor rate when registering for the conference-no code needed. We will then have their name badge and conference materials ready for them when they arrive to ensure a speedy and hassle free check-in. Name badges/exhibit hall access will not be issued to non-registered exhibitor staff.
