Be Happy, Be Healthy, Be Free: Incorporating Healthy Habits into Your Routine - This panel will discuss a variety of roadblocks that people encounter when creating healthy habits. From eating tips to work out ideas, we will discuss ways to be consistent and make lasting change. We will also discuss the importance of the mind, body, and soul connection and the importance of a mindfulness practice. Please wear your gym attire.
