Overview

The Young Healthcare Professionals Forum provides a rare networking opportunity for students and early careerist to gain valuable information from tenured health care professionals, build strong contacts with professionals representing a broad section of health care management, and share helpful insight with peers. The Young Healthcare Professionals Forum will be held as a concurrent workshop during the National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE) Annual Educational Conference, Business Meeting and Exhibition.

Student Track

Will focus on meeting the needs of students through the provision of interactive sessions with health professionals addressing topics related to post graduate opportunities (i.e. fellowships, internships, entry level positions, etc), identifying and crafting your skill set, navigating your healthcare career and the myth of career tracking.

Early Careerist Track

Will focus on meeting the needs of early careerist through the provision of interactive sessions with health professionals addressing topics related to transformational leadership, identifying career growth opportunities and gaining and maintaining organizational visibility.

The Young Healthcare Professionals Forum will be an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to network with their peers and senior leaders while learning how to build their personal brand.
