The NAPT Summit is a "Members Only*" EventAny non member that wishes to participate in the Summit may register for NAPT membership by visiting the “Online Store”, selecting Individual Membership, filling in the requested information and submitting. Please note that a payment (credit card or purchase order #) must be submitted in order to become an active NAPT member. Once you are an active member you may return to the Summit page and register for the conference.
In addition to the online registration, a hard copy delegate packet is also available. You may find the packet here or at www.napt.org/summit. PDS registration will be available at a later date.

Full Conference - for NAPT's Individual Members. Delegates may participate in all conference programs, special events and the one-day trade show.Guest/Spouse - available for significant other/family member, not industry colleagues. Registered guests will receive access to all events, the trade show and meal functions, with the exception of the NAPT PDS courses.
Trade Show - Attendees registering for the one-day trade show only must submit a registration in order to receive a badge to enter the Trade Show. The trade show badge will also entitle all attendees to lunch during the trade show event.
Daily Registration - If you are not attending the full conference you may register to attend one or two days. You will be allowed to attend all events for each paid, registered day.

Forms of PaymentYou may purchase your registration by any of the following payment options: check, money order, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express), purchase order or via PayPal account. Please note that all registrations must be paid or be accompanied by a purchase order prior to the conference. Submission of registration stipulates that full payment will be made and is guaranteed.
Cancellation/Refund PolicyWritten cancellation requests received by October 8, 2014 will be refunded less a $100.00 processing fee. No refunds will be issued on cancellations received after October 8, 2014. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. No shows or lack of cancellation will be billed at full registration price, no exceptions. Substitutions are allowed at any time.
Special NeedsIf you have special needs or dietary restrictions, please enter them into the appropriate spaces on the registration form so that we can make your participation more comfortable and meaningful.
* NAPT Business Partners, conference attendees and any other companies or individuals are NOT permitted to solicit business and/or promote or sell products/services at the NAPT Summit that, in the opinion of the Board and staff, may cause harm to or adversely affect the association or its members. This rule applies specifically on the trade show floor and in any area that is contiguous or otherwise adjacent to or, in the opinion of the NAPT Board and staff, is reasonably nearby any space that is under contract to the National Association for Pupil Transportation, including hotels or other areas within a convention center facility. NAPT reserves the right to refuse or deny registration for the NAPT Summit, including both the conference and Trade Show, to any individual or company that in NAPT’s sole discretion believes may violate this policy.
