NASL’s 2018 Mid-Term Post-Election Outlook

NASL, 12/21/2018

The 2018 Mid-Term Congressional Elections have now come and gone, but resulted in significant changes to the makeup of Congress.  With Democrats taking control of the U.S. House of Representatives, and Republicans retaining control over the U.S. Senate, many changes are on the horizon for the 116th Congress in 2019, particularly with regard to the makeup of key, healthcare-related Congressional committees.  In addition to the changes in the makeup of Congress, there will be 93 newly-elected freshmen Members of Congress.

NASL’s outside consultant group put together a comprehensive post-election outlook document that details the changes to Congress as a result of the elections.
