Housing Registration Policies:
New York University will offer to NASPA Region II Conference attendees the ability to reserve on-campus housing accommodations for those seeking a more cost effective option.
Housing accommodations will be in either a single or double occupancy unit within a 2-unit suite, based on your selection during registration.
- Single-occupancy rooms have an associated cost of $88 per night.
- Double-occupancy rooms have an associated cost of $60 per night.
- Accommodations are available for the nights of June 4, 5, and 6. You will be provided accommodations for the night(s) you indicated during registration.
- Check-in is at 4:00pm on the first day of your stay. Check-out is at 11:00am on the final day of your stay.
- Accommodations include an air-conditioned unit, private bath within suite (shared with other occupant(s) of suite), and linens (sheets, pillow, blanket, and towels).
Modifications or adjustments to this accommodations package are not available. Rates cannot be adjusted for late arrivals and/or early departures.
Roommate Matching:
The Region II Conference Committee will work on matching you to a roommate. Rooms will be assigned based on availability, roommate preferences, and roommates’ choice of single or double occupancy.
If you would like to request a specific roommate, please indicate that person during registration in the ‘demographics’ section. Please ensure that your requested roommate also requests you in return during their registration.
Payment Policy:
Please note: PURCHASE ORDERS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AS A FORM OF PAYMENT

If you are paying by credit card, simply follow the steps provided in the registration system. Please note the billing address on the credit card must match the address listed on your profile at the time of check out.

Changes in payment method or credit card after initial payment is processed are NOT permitted, no exceptions. Please be sure that you are using the appropriate credit card for this transaction.
Cancellation Policy:
The cancellation deadline is April 23, 2016 at 9am EST. All requests for cancellations must be in writing and sent to Joey Kopriva at jk3776@columbia.edu. No cancellations will be provided after this date.
