Refund and Cancellation Policy:

For conferences registrations, a $100 processing fee will be charged on all
cancellations made more than 2 weeks before the start of the conference.
No refunds will be granted for cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior
to a conference. One substitute is permitted per cancellation.

For membership dues, cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis, we typically don’t have cancellations on membership dues
