This program is formulated for social workers serving the development and mental health needs of children to provide essential knowledge and advance capacities to identify, understand, appreciate, and intervene to prevent risk, occurrence, and reoccurrence of psychological maltreatment and to reduce its harm where it does occur. It will include didactic, interactive, and simulation components.
