Important Dates to Remember

February 16, 2018   February 21, 2018	All cancelations must be postmarked by this date*   Hotel Reservation Deadline for the NASW Virginia group rate
March 7, 2018	Regular Registration Deadline**

*A full refund, less a $50 administrative fee, will be processed for all cancelations received by Feb 16.
 

**Late and On-Site registrations will incur a $50 administrative fee.

 

** Any changes to registrations received after March 7th will be charged a $25 processing fee.

Registration:

 

• When registering, please be sure to indicate which sessions, workshops, meals and events you will attend.
• Please indicate any dietary preferences in the space provided during registration.
• If you require accommodations to permit your attendance or participation, please email a written request to driggs.naswva@socialworkers.org along with a completed registration form and conference payment at least 45 days before the conference begins.  Requests received after this deadline may not be able to be processed or fulfilled in time for the event.

Payment and Mailing Specifics 
 

• Pay by credit/debit card or check payable to: NASWVA.
   
• Should you choose the "Bill Me" option, payment is due within 7 days of registration. Please print your purchase "confirmation message" and send it along with a check for the amount due to:

• ​​Note: Your Purchase Confirmation email serves as the invoice. You will not receive a separate bill. Payment must be made in full, by March 7, 2018 or your registration will be canceled. You may also call (804) 204-1339 to pay by phone using a credit or debit card.
