*A full refund, less a $50 administrative fee, will be processed for all cancelations received by Feb 16.
 

**Late and On-Site registrations will incur a $50 administrative fee.

 

** Any changes to registrations received after March 7th will be charged a $25 processing fee.

Registration:

• When registering, please be sure to indicate which sessions, workshops, meals and events you will attend.
• Group Discount: If 3 or more attendees register from the same organization, a 10% discount on the total registration fee will be given. All attendees must work for the same organization. To obtain this discount, the registration fee must be paid by company check or credit card and received via mail or fax, not permitted online. Please contact Jaime Strohhacker at professionaldevelopment.naswva@socialworkers.org for this discount. No additional discounts apply.
• Please indicate any dietary preferences in the space provided during registration.
• If you require accommodations to permit your attendance or participation, please email a written request to driggs.naswva@socialworkers.org along with a completed registration form and conference payment at least 45 days before the conference begins.  Requests received after this deadline may not be able to be processed or fulfilled in time for the event.
• Additional purchase options, such as the pre-loaded USB flash drive with speaker handouts, or the optional Lunch & Learn and Dinner & A Movie on Friday, are available within the registration process before check out.
