Her presentation will cover the rationale behind the decision to build an in-house recovery center, the financial impact (including construction cost and return on investment data) and the operational benefits to both the OPO and their transplant partners. 

Kellie Hanner will discuss why they decided not to move organ donors to their facility. 

Objectives:

• To understand our rational for not moving organ donors from the hospital to our OPO for management and recovery
• To understand the impact on transplant centers when donors are moved from their facility to the OPO
