Over the course of the workshop, everyone, with the help of the group, will be developing a strategic action plan to address challenges frequently encountered in the hospital that may negatively impact the donation process. This course is both interactive and collaborative, so please come prepared to participate in the strategic planning process and share ideas and best practices you’ve implemented. There will be time allotted in the agenda to work on group presentations throughout the course. This is a closed course for Organ Procurement Organization staff only. The entire course must be attended to receive a certificate of completion, which includes a short group presentation on the last day.
