Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations will be granted until March 6, 2020. All cancellations must be sent in writing to NAVCP via mail, fax or e-mail. A charge of $150 will be deducted from your refund to cover processing fees. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after March 7, 2020.
