Our host hotel is the Sheraton Myrtle Beach Convention Center Hotel. It should be noted that we have a number of host hotels, however, all meetings, events and exhibits will be at the Sheraton. · The Reduced Self Parking Rate is $5.00 per day and the Reduced Valet Parking Rate is $12.00 per day.

The deadline to make your hotel reservation is Thursday, July 13, 2017. THERE WILL BE NO RESERVATION EXTENSIONS. THIS IS THE LAST DAY TO RESERVE YOUR ROOM!

Hotel Cancelation and Refund Policy :
In order to receive a full refund of your room deposit, cancelations MUST be made directly through the hotel within 72 hours (3 days) in advance of your scheduled day of arrival. If you are planning to cancel your room for any reason, as a courtesy, please contact the national office FIRST in case there is a waiting list for rooms.

· Online registrants will receive an automated registration confirmation.
· Hotel confirmation numbers for all registrants (online, fax or mailed) will be sent directly by the Host Hotel
