National and Federal

NCSEA - National Child Support Enforcement Association is the nonprofit, membership organization representing the child support community - a workforce of over 60,000.

OCSE - The Administration for Children and Families (ACF), within the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is responsible for federal programs that promote the economic and social well-being of families, children, individuals and communities. ERICSA - The Eastern Regional Interstate Child Support Enforcement Association promotes the development of effective family and child support programs through professional training, materials development, and technical assistance. A special focus of ERICSA is to improve communication and cooperation among states and jurisdictions for the interstate enforcement of child support obligations.


ODJFS - The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services was formed by the merger of the Department of Human Services and Bureau of Employment Services. It develops and oversees programs that provide health care, employment and economic assistance, child support and services to families and children.
