Senator Hughes of Columbus has introduced legislation which could have some benefit to many 1545 park districts. Senate Bill 219 would allow taxpayers to contribute all or a portion of their state income tax refund to Metropark districts established under Chapter 1545 of the Ohio Revised Code.
