The role of the Organizational Development Committee is to develop a slate of candidates for the election of the OPRA Board of Directors through full implementation of the OPRA Succession Plan, updating leadership position descriptions, implementing OPRA'S GET INVOLVED campaign and OPRA leadership training programs.  Two members of the Board of Directors serve as co-chairs on the Organizational Development Committee with the remaining committee members drawn from the general membership.  Appointed members must balance the wide range of interests of the organization as well as the state's geographic regions.
