With New Year’s right around the corner, there is no time like the present to lay down plans for food and financial stability. When your client’s budgets are tight and food prices are rising, they could use some innovative ways to buy, prepare and eat healthy without breaking the bank. During this webinar, you’ll begin to understand why a food budget can be insurance against being hungry at the end of the month, gain some budget-friendly recipes for every household to enjoy, build your clients’ confidence to prepare nutritious food when time and money are limited, and gather invaluable resources for yourself and your clients. We truly want every participant to believe it when they say, “Yes! Anyone can eat healthy on the cheap!”

- PA NEN has been approved to provide registered dietitians and dietetic technicians with 1 Continuing Education Credit at CPE Level 1 from the Commission of Dietetic Registration. These credits are free to webinar participants.
- PA NEN has been approved for Certified Health Education Specialists (CHES) and/or Master Certified Health Education Specialists (MCHES) 1 total Category I Continuing Education Contact Hours (CECH). SOPHE, including its chapters, is a designated provider of Continuing Education Contact Hour (CECH) in health education by the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc. The cost for these credits is $20.
