Manage My Account

Members can update personal contact information, specify the information shared in the online member directory, and change passwords. Committee members can access their committee profile to post meeting minutes and documents. To access your personal contact information:

·         Log in using your unique email address and password

·         Click on My Information

·         To edit personal information, click on Edit Information

·         Update information and click on Save

·         To add or edit your professional credentials use the Additional Information section and select multiple options as appropriate in the Credentials box

o   Enter in more than one choice by holding down the control key and clicking on each item and click Save

·         For Information shared in the PATH Intl. online member directory use the Additional Information section

o   Check the box next to contact information that you do NOT want shared in the PATH Intl. member directory.  To list only your name, check all of the boxes.  If you do not want to be listed in the PATH Intl. member directory, check the Do not publish info online box located in the Personal Information section

·         To change your password, from the main My Information page click on Change Password

·         Enter new password, click Change

 

Manage/Renew My Individual Membership

  • Log in using your unique email address and password
  • Click on My Transactions
  • In the Membership Information section, click on Pay Open Orders
  • Check the box next to the renewal you wish to pay and click Next
  • Enter your credit card information and click Next.  PATH Intl. accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover
  • Choose the billing address for the credit card and click Next   
  • Verify order and email address and click Submit Payment.  An email receipt will be sent to the email indicated    

 

Manage/Renew My Instructor Certification (Membership)

 

To renew your instructor certification:

  • Log in using your unique email address and password
  • Click on My Transactions
  • In the membership information section, click on Pay Open Orders
  • Check the box next to the renewal you wish to pay and click Next
  • Enter in your credit card information and click Next.  PATH Intl. accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover
  • Choose the billing address for the credit card and click Next       
  • Verify order and email address and click Submit Payment.  An email receipt will be sent to the email indicated
  • Email, fax or mail a copy of your Instructor Compliance form  (continuing education hours, updated First Aid/CPR and signed Code of Ethics) to the PATH Intl. office, attention Certification Department.

 

To review your certification information and continuing education earned at PATH Intl. regional and international conferences:

  • Click on My Professional Development
  • Under My Certifications and click on your current certification level to review application, In-Training and renewal expiration dates and certification status
  • Under My Educational Credits review your continuing education earned at PATH Intl. regional and national conferences 

Manage My Center Membership 

 To renew center membership online:

 Step 1: Payment

  • Log in with the center’s primary contact or executive director personal unique email address and personal password
  • Click on My Transactions on the left menu
  • In the section displaying primary organization membership information, click on Pay Open Orders
  • Check the box next to the renewal you wish to pay and click Next
  • Enter your credit card information and click Next.  PATH Intl. accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
  • Choose the billing address for the credit card and click Next   
  • Verify order and email address and click Submit Payment.  An email receipt will be sent to the email indicated  

 

Step 2: Renewal booklet and compliance

 

  • If the primary contact or executive director is already logged in, click on My Information on the left menu

OR

  • Log in with the center’s primary contact or executive director personal unique email address and personal password and click on My Information on the left menu
  • Click the center name in the Employer Information section
  • Click Edit Information
  • Update any organization, business address or contact information.  Submit a PATH Intl. Center Change Notification form if necessary.
  • Enter renewal data
    • Much of the center data information may be unchanged.  However, you must change the Year of Renewal to 1/1/2018 in order for your information to be processed
  • Type in your individual name for center, premier accredited and insurance compliance statements and click Save
  • Complete a PATH Intl. Credentialed Professionals Report  and fax, email or mail to the PATH Intl. office
  • If center offers hippotherapy or equine facilitate psychotherapy, complete a PATH Intl. Medical Professional Report and fax, email or mail to the PATH Intl. office

 

To edit your center contact information:

  • In the primary contact or executive director’s individual record click My Information
  • Click the center name in the Employer Information section
  • Update center contact information
    • Check the appropriate address, phone number and email address as the primary contact information.  The primary information will post in the online Find a Center directory.  Choose the information you want to share in the directory.  Check each box for the contact information you DO NOT want posted.  To post only your name, check all of the boxes.  To not be listed in the directory at all, check the "Do not post info online" box.

·         Click Save
