The 40th Annual Wellness and Recovery Summit will take place at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta. PRA has secured a discounted room rate of $185, plus applicable taxes and fees. The discounted room rate is available until June 1, 2017 or until the room block is filled. Please call 888-421-1442 and request the PRA Summit room block. The Hyatt Regency Atlanta is conveniently located 11 miles from Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. Taxi service is available for approximately $30.00 in each direction. SuperShuttle service is available to shuttle to and from the Hyatt Regency Atlanta 24 hours a day at a rate of $16.50 in each direction, $33.00 round trip per person. Please visit the SuperShuttle customer service booth at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport upon arrival or book ahead of time on their website.

Additional Education Opportunities
The CPRP and CFRP Prep Courses are the best way to prepare for the CPRP exam and gain a thorough understanding of psychiatric rehabilitation. The courses provide an overview of the development of the credentials, comprehensive training in each of the seven domains that comprise the practice of psychiatric rehabilitation, the application of the Practitioner Code of Ethics to everyday practice, and study skills as you complete your study for the exam.
PLEASE NOTE; The CPRP and CFRP Prep Courses begin on FRIDAY, JUNE 23rd at 10:00 AM. These sessions are not included in the cost of your Summit registration and require pre-registration to attend. CPRP and CFRP Prep Courses are an additional $95.00 in addition to the purchase of your Summit registration. In order to attend a Prep Course, you must register for at least Day 1 of the Summit.
On Saturday, June 24th from 8:00am - 11:00am; a Pre-Conference Institute offering 3 continuing education hours on Topics in Transition-Age Youth (TAY) titled “Emerging Practices for Emerging Adults” will be offered by Wayne Munchel, LCSW.
PLEASE NOTE: This session is not included in the cost of your Summit registration and requires pre-registration to attend. The TAY Institute costs an additional $75.00 in addition to your Summit registration. In order to attend the TAY Institute, you must register for at least Day 1 of the Summit.
Workshop Materials and CE Tracking
The Annual Wellness and Recovery Summit is focused on giving back by going green. In an effort to reduce the environmental impact of the Summit, a link to any provided handouts will be available to all paid registrants prior to the conference. PRA will not be distributing handouts onsite.
All continuing education tracking will be conducted via our new mobile app. More information will be provided closer to Summit time.
Registration Payment and Refund Policy
Payment: The registration payment for attendance to any portion of the Summit must be made in full before an attendee may attend any workshops, prep courses, or Summit functions. All payments must be made at the time of registration. Online registration will be available through 11:59pm EST on June 12, 2017. Payments after this time must be received in full onsite and are subject to a $50.00 late fee.
Refunds/Cancelations: Cancelation and refund requests received by 11:59pm EST on May 1, 2017 will be honored, but will incur a $75.00 processing fee. Refund requests received after May 1, 2017 and between11:59pm EST on May 15, 2017 will incur a $125.00 processing fee. No refunds will be distributed for requests made after May 15, 2017. Refund payments may take up to six weeks for processing from the date of the refund request.
Transfer/Substitution of Registration: Should you be unable to attend the Summit, your registration may be transferred in its entirety to another individual. A full Summit registration may NOT be shared by multiple individuals. Written notification of a substitution must be received by 5:00pm EST on June 12, 2017 and will not incur any additional fees. No substitutions will be honored onsite.
Group Registration: A new group registration discount is available for the 2017 Summit. Groups registering 5-9 individuals will be eligible to receive 10% off their overall registration payment. Groups registering 10 or more attendees will be eligible to receive 20% off their overall registration payment. All registrations must be submitted simultaneously to receive the discount. The discount DOES NOT APPLY to group add-ons at a later date. Group registrations may not be completed online. Attire and Photography Policy
Attire: It is important to be comfortable, so casual business attire is suggested for the concurrent sessions and special events. It is best to wear layers as session room temperatures tend to fluctuate.
Photography Policy: By attending the Annual Wellness and Recovery Summit, you acknowledge that photographs and/or videos of you may be taken by our conference staff and/or photographers at any time. Furthermore, you grant the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association (PRA) permission to use photographs and/or video of your likeness in any type of media, including websites and print publications, without compensation or reward.
Waiver: By attending wellness and fitness-related sessions at the 40th Annual Wellness and Recovery Summit, you acknowledge that certain injuries are possible and hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend, and indemnify PRA and PRF and its representatives, employees, and volunteers from any and all claims.
