Top Ten Malpractice and Ethical Mistakes (live teleconference option available)*

Lawyers are tripped up frequently by situations that can lead to a malpractice claim, an ethical complaint or both. This program will examine some common situations and offer advice on avoiding them. It will also explore how the Minnesota Rules of Professional Conduct can be used as a guide in setting up an effective law office risk management/quality assurance program.
