eFile and eServe will be available to attorneys and agencies filing in all case types in the 2nd and 4th Judicial Districts as of June 3, 2013. Learn about system navigation, case initiation, subsequent filing, eService, and firm administration.

The Supreme Court Order has made the use of the eFile and eServe system mandatory for attorneys and agencies filing in Civil and Family case types the Second and Fourth Judicial Districts beginning September 1, 2012. eFiling is also available for all case types (including Criminal, Juvenile, and Mental Health) in the Second and Fourth Judicial Districts as of June 3, 2013. This training will cover system navigation, case initiation, subsequent filing, eService, and firm administration. Training is strongly recommended for all users. Further training options and resources are available at www.mncourts.gov/district/2/efile.
*Instructions for accessing the teleconference will be sent prior to the CLE. If you are a Season Pass holder and want to attend via teleconference, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 651.222.0846 to arrange for attendance via live teleconference. We cannot offer the live teleconference to law students for free. Law students may still attend the live presentation for free.
